About Samanta Rest Point

Established in 2001, Samantas Chhatraudyan (Boys) and Samantas Chhatraudyan (Girls) have served as trusted student accommodations for some of Kolkata’s most reputed colleges. In 2006, we expanded with Samanta Rest Point to support patients and guardians visiting local hospitals. With over two decades of experience, we are proud to have become the preferred choice for students from RCCIIT, Techno India, BIT, Leather College, Jadavpur University, and more. We also accommodate students from colleges such as NIFT, NUJS (Law College), Heritage College, IEM, Techno Dama, and Gurudas College.
We focus on creating a safe, affordable, and student-friendly environment, with dedicated facilities and services to meet daily living needs.
